Schug Winery
Schug Winery was born from Walter Schug’s passion for Pinot Noir, a journey that led him from the pioneering days at Joseph Phelps Winery to the wind-swept hills of Sonoma’s Carneros region. Today the winery continues to honor Walter’s legacy under the leadership of his children, Axel Schug and Claudia Schug, ’85, along with winemaker Johannes Scheid. Schug Winery is known for offering beautifully crafted European-styled wines for every palate.
Merryvale Vineyards
Founded in 1983, Merryvale Vineyards is the quintessential St. Helena destination. Located in the heart of the Napa Valley, Merryvale employs sustainable farming practices and superior standards in the vineyards and winery to ensure that the wines live up to their full potential. Merryvale’s portfolio boasts complex, balanced and classic wines that are truly reflective of the region’s terroir.
Chappellet Vineyard
In 1967, inspired by the notion that “Bacchus loves the hills,” the Chappellet family followed the advice of legendary winemaker André Tchelistcheff and settled high atop Pritchard Hill®, on the rocky eastern slopes of Napa Valley. In the years since, Chappellet has earned a reputation as one of Napa Valley’s most celebrated multigenerational family wineries, and one of the pioneers of high-elevation vineyard planting. At the same time, Pritchard Hill has emerged as one of California’s most revered winegrowing sites, and the source for some of the world’s greatest Cabernet Sauvignons. Chappellet’s estate vineyard is farmed as 48 distinctive vineyard blocks, including 40 blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon. From this diversity, legendary Chappellet Winemaker Phillip Corallo-Titus makes benchmark wines with an emphasis on profound, age-worthy Cabernet Sauvignons.
